The room was large. The beds was wide and comfortable to me. The reception staff answered kindly and gave us useful informations.

The hotel didn't gave us the room we reserved. The management wouldn't honour our reservation claiming that the hotel was fully booked and what they gave us was the same category. The breakfast is nothing special, and the area is too small for the size of the hotel.

the staff was helpful and always ready to assist. the room was spotlessly clean and very well-kept. the rooftop pool offered a beautiful view, it provided a refreshing escape. the breakfast was amazing, a great start to each day.

the minibar selection was somewhat limited, i would have liked a greater variety of snacks.
